Thank you for your interest in Dr. Brian Carey at Tryon Urgent and Family Care. Dr. Carey and his staff strive to provide patients with an excellence of medical care that combines the latest technology with a warm and caring atmosphere.
Do I need an appointment?
There is no need to make an appointment.
Our office is open throughout the day, including the lunch hour, for walk-in visits.
We welcome patients Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. and you may call our office ahead of your visit to check for any office closures and updates

What do I need to bring to my visit?
Please bring your insurance card(s) and photo i.d. to every visit. We also ask that you have all medications, in the original bottles, for the doctor's review. You may call your pharmacy for the most updated list of your medications.
May I see Dr. Carey as my regular doctor?
Yes. Dr. Carey also offers Primary Care for patients who wish to establish within our office. Please use our walk-in service for your first visit, and we will be happy to go over the details of establishing with us at that time.
What you can expect for your visit:
At Tryon Urgent and Family Care, the focus is on serving you, the patient. You can be seen throughout the day, on the day that is most convenient to you, and be cared for by a staff who's goal it is to return you to your schedule as healthy and quickly as possible. Each time you are here, you will be seen by a Physician who is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and experienced in dealing with a wide range of medical issues. For additional convenience, we draw our own labs on site, have x-ray availability, and can repair lacerations here in the office.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. We accept our last patient at 4:30. No appointment necessary and you do not need to call ahead. However, please check our telephone recording for inclement weather or office closures prior to arrival. Simply use our flexible walk-in service to be seen on the day most convenient to you.
